Gavin Gwynne’s Title Defence v Newport’s Craig Woodruff

MC Environmental attended our sponsored boxer Gavin Gwynne’s latest defence of his British Lightweight Title against Newport’s Craig Woodruff in Bolton on Saturday.

We feel Gav did enough for the win, but it was even stevens with the fight being declared a draw. Terry O’Connor scored it 116-113 for Gav, but Phil Edwards and John Latham both scored it 114-114.

We look forward to the rematch. Could it possibly be on the AJ v Fury fight card in Cardiff in December? Who knows. But here’s hoping!
